The Court Rules Committee hereby posts the following proposed changes to the Louisiana District Court Rules:
Rules for Louisiana District Courts - Spring 2010 Proposed Edits
These proposed edits will appear on this website for thirty days, beginning on March 15, 2010. A notice of the edits, as well as a link to the edits, will appear: (1) on the LSBA website (http://www.lsba.org/); and (2) in all LSBA weekly online newsletters during the thirty-day period.
Interested parties who wish to comment on these proposed changes during the thirty-day period may do so via electronic mail or U.S. Mail. Please direct all e-mails to webmaster@lasc.org. Please send all U.S. Mail to:

Once the thirty-day period has expired, the Court Rules Committee will review any comments, make any changes it deems appropriate, and then submit a final draft to the Louisiana Supreme Court for review and approval.
