RULE III. WITHDRAWAL OF RECORDS

Section 1. Records may be withdrawn by counsel for the parties upon giving receipt therefor to the clerk of court. They shall be returned by counsel within such period as may be fixed by the court at the time of withdrawal, or at any time upon the request of the clerk of court.

Section 2. The original record shall not be withdrawn from the clerk's office after a case has been submitted except for the purpose of preparation of applications for rehearing, in which case it shall be returned by the counsel withdrawing same within not more than five days.
