AMENDMENTS
The voting membership of the Association shall have the exclusive right
to amend or repeal these bylaws. These bylaws may be amended or repealed
by the affirmative vote of a simple majority of the members entitled to
vote at any regular or special meeting of the membership provided that
copies of intended changes are provided to membership at least 10 days
prior to the general membership meeting. The President may appoint a bylaws
committee of the Executive Board and require that suggested amendments
be submitted in writing to the Committee for its review and recommendation
to the Executive Board.
