Former 1st Parish Court of Jefferson Judge Bruce Naccari, 58, died Saturday, December 20, 2008. He earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University in 1971 and his juris doctorate from Loyola University Law School in 1979. He was elected to the 1st Parish Court bench in 1984 and served there for 11 years until his resignation from the bench in 1995.
