it is ordered that respondent be suspended from the
practice of law for six months, deferred, with a one
(1) year period of probation. All costs of these proceedings
are assessed to respondent.

concurs. Because the gravamen of the client's complaint
was respondent's failure to communicate adequately and
failure to turn over the entire file, the penalty is
adequate.
