PROCEEDINGS
Accordingly,
it is ordered that respondent, Samuel A. Shealy, be
suspended from the practice of law for a period of twelve
months, with all but six months of the suspension deferred.
Following completion of the active portion of the suspension,
respondent shall be placed on two years supervised probation
subject to conditions.
