For the foregoing
reasons, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed,
and the judgment of the Workers' Compensation Judge
in favor of the Town of Arnaudville, dismissing the
claim of Willis Thomas, is hereby reinstated.

Upon review
of the findings and recommendation of the hearing
committee and disciplinary board, and considering
the record, briefs and oral argument, it is the decision
of the court that respondent, Donald O. Pinkston,
be suspended from the practice of law for a period
of twenty-four months. Respondent is assessed with
all costs of this proceeding in the amount of $571.68.
