CALOGERO, C.J. - concurs in the rehearing denial and asserts the following:

Our brief reference to the Public Service Commission's power to revoke or suspend Global-Tel's license was not intended to be an exclusive list of the remedies available to the Commission when dealing with a utility which violates Commission rules. The opinion's failure to mention any other remedy, such as the imposition of a fine, does not in any way constitute a statement on whether such other remedies would be proper or not.
