98-C - 0189 RONALD BANKSTON AND LOUNGES, INC. v. BOARD OF ETHICS FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS

For the aforementioned reasons, we reverse the court of appeal decision and reinstate the decision of the Board of Ethics for Governmental Officials.

REVERSED; THE DECISION OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS IS REINSTATED.
