PROCEEDINGS
Upon review
of the findings and recommendations of the hearing
committee and disciplinary board, and considering
the record, briefs and oral argument, it is the decision
of the court that respondent, Timothy A. Jones, be
suspended from the practice of law for a period of
one year, with all but two months of this suspension
deferred. Following completion of the active portion
of his suspension, respondent shall be placed on probation
for a period of two years, under the supervision of
a practice monitor to be appointed by the disciplinary
board, and subject to all conditions recommended by
the disciplinary board, with the exception of condition
number four, which is deleted. All costs in this matter
are assessed against respondent.
