1783 IN RE: BARRY E. EDWARDS
Upon review
of the findings and recommendation of the disciplinary
board, and considering the record, it is ordered Barry
E. Edwards be suspended from the practice of law for
a period of three years, retroactive to the date of
his interim suspension, followed by a two-year period
of supervised probation, subject to the following
conditions listed herein:
All costs and
expenses in this matter are assessed against respondent
in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX, Section
10.1, with legal interest to commence thirty days
from the date of finality of this court's judgment
until paid.
