day of January, 1999 , the following action was
taken by the Supreme Court of Louisiana in the case(s)
- 0341 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. BERNELL JULUKE, JR.
(Parish of Orleans) (Second Degree Murder)
reinstate the defendant's conviction and sentence
for second degree murder and remand this case to the
appellate court for consideration of his remaining
assignments of error raising issues not previously
addressed on the merits in reviewing the convictions
of Gable and Nelson.
