judge for further proceedings.

1825 IN RE: RAY C. HARRIS
(Disciplinary
Proceedings)
Upon review
of the findings and recommendation of the disciplinary
board, and considering the record, it is ordered that
respondent, Ray C. Harris, be suspended from the practice
of law for a period of eighteen months. The matter
is remanded to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel
for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
All costs and expenses of these proceedings are assessed
against respondent in accordance with Supreme Court
Rule XIX, §10.1, with legal interest commencing
thirty days from the date of the finality of the court's
judgment until paid.
