2498 GLORIA SCOTT ET AL. v. AMERICAN TOBACCO COMPANY,
ET AL. (Parish of Orleans)
For the reasons
assigned, the judgment of the district court is reversed
insofar as it denied defendants' challenges for cause
as to Jurors Nos. 1, 7 and 10 and Alternate Jurors
Nos. 13, 17, 21 and 22. In all other respects, the
judgment of the district court is affirmed. The case
is remanded to the district court for further proceedings
consistent with this opinion.
