of Orleans) (Vehicular Homicide)
Accordingly,
the judgment of the court of appeal is vacated and
this case is remanded to the district court for purposes
of reassigning relator's motion to withdraw his guilty
plea to a different district court judge for further
proceedings consistent with the views expressed herein.
JUDGMENT REVERSED;
CASE REMANDED.
