2000-KP- 0522 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JOSEPH HAMPTON (Parish of Orleans)

For the foregoing reasons, we REVERSE the decision of the court of appeal and REINSTATE the trial court's grant of the defendant's post-conviction relief petition. This case is REMANDED to the district court for action consistent with this opinion.
