The Opinion handed down on the 10th day of
October, 2003, is as follows:
PER CURIAM:
2003-CC-
0144 GOOTEE CONSTRUCTION, INC. v. AMWEST SURETY INSURANCE
COMPANY AND PREMIER GLASS PLUS, INC. (Parish of
Jefferson)
For the reasons assigned, the judgment of the district
court denying summary judgment is reversed. Summary
judgment is hereby rendered in favor of C. Reese Owen
and against Gootee Construction, Inc., in the principal
sum of $710,814.17, plus costs and appropriate legal
interest.
