, ET AL. (Parish of Jefferson) After a thorough
review of the record and considering the arguments of
the parties, we reverse the entire judgment of the court
of appeal. For the preceding reasons, we reinstate the
trial court judgment granting the defendants' Exception
of Prescription and remand the case to the trial court
for further proceedings.
