-2973 IN RE: JUDGE PAMELA TAYLOR JOHNSON
We
remand this matter to the Commission for purposes
of recalculating the costs to reflect only those items
which relate to proven charges, including transcript
costs. Because we have determined that Charges 0150
and 0206 were not proven by clear and convincing evidence,
all costs associated with those charges are not to
be assessed to Judge Johnson.

-0125 IN RE: ROBERT E. RANDOLPH
Upon
review of the findings and recommendations of the
hearing committee and disciplinary board, and considering
the record and the briefs filed by the parties, it
is ordered that Robert Earl Randolph, Louisiana Bar
Roll number 19118, be suspended from the practice
of law for a period of one year and one day. All costs
and expenses in the matter are assessed against respondent
in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX, §
10.1, with legal interest to commence thirty days
from the date of finality of this court's judgment
until paid.
