The court of appeal
decision finding that the casino revenue agreements are
invalid and ordering redistribution of the funds collected
pursuant to those agreements consistent with the percentages
established by La. Rev. Stat. 27:93(formerly 4:552)is hereby
reversed. The decision of the district court finding that
the agreements are valid, except for one severable provision,
is reinstated.
REVERSED AND RENDERED.
