The Opinions handed down on the 9th day of March, 2007, are as follows:

BY CALOGERO, C.J.:

2006-C- 1077 SID HEBERT, SHERIFF v. KATIE M. HOLLIER, ET AL. (Parish of Iberia)
For the reasons stated herein, the judgment of the court of appeal is
reversed and the judgment of the trial court denying the Motion to Recind the Tax Redemption is reinstated.
REVERSED; TRIAL COURT JUDGMENT REINSTATED.

Retired Judge Philip C. Ciaccio, ad hoc, sitting for Traylor, J., recused.

For the foregoing reasons, we reverse the ruling of the court of appeal and reinstate the judgment of the trial court.

reversed, and the judgment of the trial court granting defendants' motion for summary judgment is reinstated.
