2007-KK-1575 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. COREY HOLDER & JERROD JOHNSON (Parish of Caddo)
On the 30th day of July, 2007, the following action was taken by the Supreme Court of Louisiana in the case listed below:
WRIT APPLICATION(S) GRANTED WITH ORDER:
2007-CC-1581 MABEL PINO, CURATRIX OF SHARON E. PINO AND TUTRIX OF AMBER BABIN v. TIMOTHY F. TOWNSEND (Parish of E. Baton Rouge)
KIMBALL, J., concurs. While I agree the trial court abused its discretion by requiring Sharon to testify, I disagree any alternative is necessary or appropriate, considering Sharon's status as an interdict and the health care provider's affidavit stating Sharon will not be able to provide meaningful testimony.
REHEARING DENIED:
2007-KK-1124 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. ANTHONY BELL (Parish of E. Baton Rouge)
