WRIT APPLICATIONS DENIED:

2009-KK-2556 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. TYRONE WELLS (Parish of Orleans)
KNOLL, J., would grant with order, reversing the lower courts on the merits of the search warrant issue, but reserving to the trial court the right to hold a contempt hearing on the state's contemptuous conduct.
GUIDRY, J., would grant.
