APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO TAKE THE BAR EXAM GRANTED:

2010-OB-0009 IN RE: MATTHEW WAGUESPACK

INTERIM SUSPENSION ORDERED; SEE ORDER:

2010-B -0029 IN RE: PAUL J. MCMAHON, III
CLARK, J., votes to deny the petition for interim suspension for threat of harm and would instead order respondent to show cause, before a hearing committee panel appointed by the board, why the court should not issue an immediate interim suspension.

STAY DENIED; WRIT APPLICATION DENIED:

2010-KK-0054 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JAMES C. WILLIAMS (Parish of Orleans)
