On the 12th day of August, 2013, the following action was taken by the Supreme Court of Louisiana in the cases listed below:

WRIT APPLICATION GRANTED WITH ORDER:

2013-KD-1912 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. NOEL JONES (Parish of Orleans)
JOHNSON, C.J., would deny.
WEIMER, J., would deny.
HUGHES, J., would deny.

STAY DENIED; WRIT APPLICATION DENIED:

2013-OK-1914 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. LAWRENCE BURTON (Parish of St. Tammany)
