RULES, INCLUDING APPENDICES, FOR JUVENILE PROCEEDINGS IN DISTRICT COURTS AND IN THE JUVENILE COURTS FOR THE PARISHES OF CADDO, EAST BATON ROUGE, JEFFERSON AND ORLEANS
Title V of the Louisiana Rules for District Courts is presently a numbering system for rules in juvenile proceedings in all district courts and in the juvenile courts for the Parishes of Caddo, East Baton Rouge, Jefferson and Orleans. The Juvenile and Family Court Rules Committee of the Supreme Court’s Judicial Council and the Judicial Council, after thorough review and consideration, adopted and forwarded to the Supreme Court a set of rules for Title V to be used in all district court and juvenile court proceedings with recommendation that their application to all such proceedings be adopted by order of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court provides this comment period prior to its consideration of ordering such rules.
