On Friday, February 9, 2024, Louisiana Supreme Court procedural filing requirements, including filing deadlines, will not be suspended. Attorneys may electronically file pleadings with the Louisiana Supreme Court, utilizing the “E-filing” link located on the Clerk’s Office page of this website. Alternatively, litigants may timely file pleadings by using United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx delivery. Any filings delivered by hand to the Courthouse for the Louisiana Supreme Court are to be left at the Security desk located at the Royal Street entrance. Lundi Gras, Monday, February 12, 2024 and Mardi Gras Day, Tuesday, February 13, 2024 are official court holidays.
