<p>The Chief Justice Pascal F. Calogero, Jr. Courthouse, located at 400 Royal Street and home to the Louisiana Supreme Court, Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal and Law Library of Louisiana, will be closed to the public on <strong>Friday, February 9 </strong><strong>through</strong> <strong>Tuesday, February 13, 2024</strong>.&nbsp; On Friday, February 9, 2024, Louisiana Supreme Court procedural filing requirements, including filing deadlines, will not be suspended. Attorneys may electronically file pleadings with the Louisiana Supreme Court, utilizing the &ldquo;E-filing&rdquo; link located on the Clerk&rsquo;s Office page of this website. Alternatively, litigants may timely file pleadings by using United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx delivery.&nbsp; Any filings delivered by hand to the Courthouse for the Louisiana Supreme Court are to be left at the Security desk located at the Royal Street entrance.&nbsp; Lundi Gras, Monday, February 12, 2024 and Mardi Gras Day, Tuesday, February 13, 2024 are official court holidays.&nbsp; All filing deadlines are extended until the next business day.&nbsp;<br /><br />This Courthouse closure is in addition to the previously reported public closure on <strong>Friday, February 16</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Monday, February 19, 2024</strong> for maintenance upgrades.&nbsp; On Friday, February 16, 2024, Louisiana Supreme Court procedural filing requirements, including filing deadlines, will not be suspended.&nbsp; Pleadings may be submitted through electronic filing, postal or courier service, or hand delivery to the Security desk located at the Royal Street entrance.&nbsp; Monday, February 19, 2024, is Washington's birthday, an official court holiday for filing purposes.&nbsp; Filing deadline is extended until the next business day, Tuesday, February 20, 2024.<br /></p>&nbsp;
