LAURA REDFERN, USAGENCIES CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, INC., AND STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY</a> (Parish of Rapides)</p><p style="text-align:justify;">For the foregoing reasons, we find the lower courts’ judgments granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff insofar as they refused to allow the uninsured motorist carrier a credit for the benefits paid to or on behalf of plaintiff by the workers’ compensation insurer were in error. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed.
