He now sits as an elected Justice at the time this opinion is rendered.</p><p align="justify" style="text-align:justify;">Upon review of the findings and recommendations of the hearing committee and disciplinary board, and considering the record, briefs, and oral argument, it is ordered that Francis C. Broussard, Louisiana Bar Roll number 17259, be and he hereby is disbarred, retroactive to February 26, 2014, the date of his interim suspension. His name shall be stricken from the roll of attorneys and his license to practice law in the State of Louisiana shall be revoked.
