We declare the tax sale to plaintiff, Gabriel Lewis, as absolute nullity with regard to Matthew Johnson, Sr., Myrtle Johnson Franklin, Deola Mae Johnson James and Aaron Perry Johnson, Sr.'s individual one-fourth interests in the property.
