The opinions handed down on the 13th day of September, 1996 , are as follows:

BY LEMMON, J. :

95-C - 1830 ROGER KIRKLAND v. RIVERWOOD INTERNATIONAL USA, INC. (Parish of Ouachita)

For these reasons, the judgment of the court of appeal is affirmed.

Because of the vacancy created by the resignation of Dennis, J., now a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, there was no justice designated "not on panel" under Rule IV, Part II, Section 3. Panel included Chief Justice Calogero and Justices Marcus, Watson, Lemmon, Kimball, Johnson and Victory.

PER CURIAM:

96-B - 0425 IN RE: CHERYL HENSLEY

DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

Accordingly, it is ordered that respondent be placed on suspension from the practice of law for a period of six months. It is further ordered that during the six-month suspension period, respondent earn five C.L.E. credit hours in legal ethics. All costs of these proceedings are assessed against respondent.

95-B - 0983 IN RE: JAMI I. MITCHELL

DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

Accordingly, it is ordered that Jami I. Mitchell be disbarred, and that his name be stricken from the rolls of attorneys licensed to practice.

96-B - 1235 IN RE: PERRIN BUTLER

DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

Accordingly, it is ordered that Perrin Butler be suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months from the finality of this decision. All costs of this proceeding are assessed to respondent.
