The opinions handed down on the 12th day of March, 1999 , are as follows:

BY JOHNSON, J. :

98-C - 0454 LINDA S. KELLY v. CNA INSURANCE COMPANY, ET AL (Parish of Ouachita)

Accordingly, we reverse the court of appeal's judgment and reinstate the decision rendered by the trial court, granting the exception of no cause of action and dismissing plaintiff's demands with prejudice.

REVERSED.

For the reasons stated herein, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed and plaintiff's petition for damages is dismissed at his cost.
