On the 26th
day of March, 1999 , the following action
was taken by the Supreme Court of Louisiana in the
case(s) listed below:
- 3017 IN RE: HOBART O. PARDUE
of the findings and recommendation of the hearing
committee and diciplinary board, and considering the
record briefs and oral argument, it is ordered that
respondent, Hobart O. Pardue, be suspended from the
practice of law for a period of two years, commencing
from the date of finality of this judgment. Respondent
is assessed with all costs and expenses of this proceeding
in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX, §10.1.
