For these reasons, the defendant's conviction and sentence are reversed, and the case is remanded to the district court for a new trial.

(Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute)

Accordingly, the decision of the court of appeal is reversed, the trial court's original judgment granting the motion to suppress is reinstated, and this case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings consistent with the views expressed herein.

1999-K- 3612 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. LEE EDWARD DONALD (Parish of Caddo)

(Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm)

Accordingly, the decision of the Second Circuit is reversed and this case is remanded to the court of appeal for consideration of the remaining assignments of error pretermitted on original appeal.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

2000-KK- 0178 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. CARL WILSON, ET AL. (Parish of Orleans)

(Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute)

Accordingly, the judgments below are reversed and this case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with the views expressed herein.
