Distribute)
Accordingly,
we reverse the judgments below and remand this case
to the district court for further proceedings not inconsistent
with the views expressed herein.

3042 IN RE: ERIC R. BISSEL
(Disciplinary
Proceedings)
Upon review of
the findings and recommendations of the hearing committee
and the disciplinary board, and considering the record,
briefs, and oral argument, it is ordered that Eric R.
Bissel be suspended from the practice of law in Louisiana
for a period of two years. Sixteen months of said suspension
shall be deferred, subject to the conditions recommended
by the disciplinary board. All costs and expenses in
this matter are assessed against respondent in accordance
with Supreme Court Rule XIX, Section 10.1, with legal
interest to commence thirty days from the date of finality
of this court's judgment until paid.
