JOHNSON, J., would grant rehearing.


2003-KA-2425 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. GLYNN JUNIORS, JR. (Parish of St. James)
CALOGERO, C.J., dissenting. For the reasons stated in my partial dissent from the original majority decision in this case, I dissent from the denial of this application for rehearing. I would grant rehearing and order a new sentencing hearing for the defendant.
