The Opinion handed down on the 13th day of September, 2006, is as follows:

2006-C- 2190 MAX T. MALONE, ET AL. v. JOE SHYNE (Parish of Caddo)
Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is affirmed. The
challenge to the candidacy of Mr. Shyne is hereby dismissed.
