The Opinions handed down on the 28th day of January, 2014, are as follows:

BY VICTORY, J.:

2013-KA-2318 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. MICAH SMITH (Parish of E. Baton Rouge)
(Pertaining to the unauthorized participation in medical assistance programs.)

For the reasons stated above, we reverse the district court ruling which found La. R.S. 14:126.3.1(A)(3) unconstitutional and remand the matter to the district court for further proceedings.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.

BY GUIDRY, J.:

2013-C -1181 SUCCESSION OF JAMES JASON HOLBROOK, SR. (Parish of St. Tammany)

Accordingly, we reverse the district court's summary judgment and remand the matter for further proceedings.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.

2012-C -2447 C/W 2012-C -2466 "BUDDY" CALDWELL, ATTORNEY GENERAL EX REL. STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JANSSEN PHARMACEUTICAL, INC., ET AL. (Parish of St. Landry)
We hereby reverse the district court's judgment in favor of the Attorney General, and render judgment in favor of the defendants.
REVERSED.

Retired Judge Marion Edwards, assigned as Justice ad hoc, sitting for Hughes, J., recused.


The juvenile court ruling which severed Sections C(4-7) from La. R.S. 14:95.8 and held La. R.S. 14:95(A)(1) to be unconstitutional is reversed. This matter is remanded to the juvenile court for further proceedings.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.

BY HUGHES, J.:

2012-CA-2742 C/W 2012-CA-2743 JIMMIE J. JACKSON, SIMMS HARDIN AND KSD PROPERTIES, LLC v. THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS AND THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS (Parish of Orleans)
For the reasons stated herein, we deny the motion to strike, affirm the district court judgment, and remand the matter to the district court for further proceedings consistent with the foregoing.
MOTION TO STRIKE DENIED; JUDGMENT AFFIRMED; REMANDED.
