2013-K -0175 STATE OF LOUISIANA v. ERIC ROSS (Parish of Orleans)(Second Degree Murder)
Accordingly, we reverse the appellate court decision, reinstate the district court conviction and sentence, and remand to the appellate court for consideration of the defendant’s remaining assignments of error.
APPELLATE COURT REVERSED; DISTRICT COURT CONVICTION AND SENTENCE REINSTATED; REMANDED TO APPELLATE COURT WITH INSTRUCTIONS.

2013-C -1137 TINA LYNETTE WATKINS, ET AL. v. LAKE CHARLES MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, ET AL. (Parish of Calcasieu)
We hold herein that when the PCF denies a claim for payment of a future medical or related expense and the district court thereafter exercises its continuing jurisdiction and issues a ruling as to that matter, the PCF is obligated to comply with the district court’s ruling, order, or judgment unless it modified or set aside by the court.
