Attorney Bobby L. Stromile has been appointed, by order of the Louisiana Supreme Court, as judge pro tempore of Caddo Parish Juvenile Court, Section “D,” according to Justice Scott J. Crichton. Stromile will fill the vacancy created by the election of Judge Shonda Stone to the Second Circuit Court of Appeal and he will serve from March 22, 2016 through September 22, 2016, or until the vacancy is filled by election, whichever comes sooner.
