Baton Rouge)<br />For the reasons assigned, the judgment of the district court is reversed insofar as it reverses the Commission's order on the issue of the inclusion of disallowed imprudent, unreasonable or excessive expenditures in the savings tracker calculation. The district court's judgment is affirmed as to those portions dealing with the rate of return on common equity and the requested weather normalization adjustment. The case is remanded to the Commission for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.</p><p>KNOLL, J., not on panel. Judgment is hereby rendered in favor of Allstate Insurance Company and William Monie, Jr. and against Rodney Nicholas and Neva Nicholas, dismissing their claims with prejudice.
