Should petitioner commit any misconduct during the period of probation, his conditional right to practice may be terminated or he may be subjected to other discipline pursuant to the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement. <br />CONDITIONAL ADMISSION GRANTED.</p><p align="justify" style="text-align:justify;">WEIMER, J., additionally concurs.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"> </p><p align="justify" style="text-align:justify;"><a href="/opinions/2015/15B0959.opn.pdf">2015-B -0959 IN RE: CHARLES R. JOINER</a></p><p align="justify" style="text-align:justify;">Upon review of the findings and recommendations of the hearing committee and disciplinary board, and considering the record, briefs, and oral argument, it is ordered that Charles R. Joiner, Louisiana Bar Roll number 16989, be and he hereby is suspended from the practice of law for thirty days. Following completion of the suspension, respondent shall be subject to a one-year period of supervised probation, during which he shall be required to attend the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Trust Accounting School and undergo quarterly trust account audits under the conditions set forth in the disciplinary board’s recommendation. All costs and expenses in this matter are assessed against respondent in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 10.1, with legal interest to commence thirty days from the date of finality of this court’s judgment until paid.</p><p align="justify" style="text-align:justify;">CLARK, J., concurring in part and dissenting in part.</p><p align="justify"> </p>
