Born in New Orleans, July 26, 1927 • Earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his LL.B. from Tulane University Law School, 1955 • Graduate of the National College of State Trial Judges at the University of North Carolina • Veteran of World War II and served in the infantry as First Lieutenant in the Korean War • Served two terms on the New Orleans City Council from 1962-1966 • Died in New Orleans, April 8, 2004 • Portrait painted by Newton R.
